The UltraVac® T-3000 is a powerful, efficient, dust-free, vacuum module mounted on a 3-axle truck chassis for the removal of dry materials, sludges, slurries, and liquids from remote, difficult-to-access locations. Vibration and premature wear of the positive-displacement pump is eliminated due to the unique design of the direct-driven blower system.

T-3000

Collector Body:
A 9 cubic yard (6.9m 3) capacity square collector body. A separator located at the center of the top of the collector body ensures even loading from front to rear. Optional 16 cubic yard (12.2 m3) size is available as well.

Tank Material:
.3/16" reinforced steel

Tank Mounting:
Mounted on a 3-axle truck chassis for the removal of dry materials, sludges slurries, and liquids from remote, difficult-to-access locations.

Tailgate:
Tailgate is fully hydraulic for open, close, lock, and unlock.

Primary Shut Off:
Float Ball, 12" diameter mounted in a removable cage.

Primary Filtration System:
The UltraVac T-3000 features a parallel filtration design with separate bag-houses and air flow paths in both wet and dry applications. The filter retainers are equipped with a venturi for maximum filter cleaning.

Blower Specifications:
Roots model 821 positive-displacement vacuum pump.

Blower Exhaust Silencer:
Single, frame mounted vertical design with rain cap and drain. Rubber isolation seal between blower and silencer.

Blower Intake Silencer:
Single, vertical up and away design.

Blower Drive:
Driven by Chassis Engine through transfer case, as an option blower can be driven by a separate engine.

Hydraulic System:
Dual hydraulic, high efficiency lift cylinders achieve a 50 degree pump angle.

Easy View Control Panel:
Mounted above the frame on the driver's side, the NEMA IV panel with plexiglass front enables the operator to monitor the engine as well as the vacuum system without opening the panel door.

Hydraulic Dump System:
Dual hydraulic, high efficiency lift cylinders achieve a 50 degree pump angle. The dust-laden air is conveyed to the bag-houses located on either side of the main collector body. The bag-houses and main collector body dump integrally. The main compartment is equipped with a high level inspection door for dry material and a sight gauge for wet material.

Trim:
Bolt on rear fenders with mud flaps.

Lighting:
DOT lighting with two light rear module assembly, clearance lamps, reflectors, three row center markers. Wiring is enclosed in plastic loom.

Rear Bumper:
Standard tubular bolt-on design.

Painting:
Sandblasted white, two coats primer and two coats of single color urethane paint.
